About RiPLTec

Ripltec is the joint venture between Incept Labs and the Institute of Public Accountants (IPA).
Ripltec™ is a technology platform that the IPA and its members use in a variety of ways:
- To record progress towards professional status
- To consistently and efficiently recognise and award credit for prior learning
- To record CPD hours, and
- To allow the IPA to assess skilled migration applicants by mapping their credentials against the body of knowledge
Creating the ecosystem for recognition
The unmet need of accounting students is not to study. It is to obtain the credentials that allow them to get a job. Ripltec™ is an AI enabled engine that maps credentials (in a variety of forms) to educational standards. Ripltec™ allowed the IPA to author a professional qualification that is enabled by unlocking skills acquired through prior learning. Ripltec™ is the future of recognition in professional qualifications.
Our Approach
Thinking differently about problems allows us to build differently. We challenge orthodoxies to create robust and practical solutions for all the stakeholders in the educational ecosystem.
Our Mission
To empower individuals by unlocking their skills and qualifications for fast and consistent recognition of prior learning. Removing barriers to employment, advancement and mobility: connecting individuals with institutions and accrediting bodies across industries.
Our Vision
Unlocking skills and empowering futures for millions of aspirational lifelong learners.
