The Education Ecosystem has many players and understandably each has focused on their own requirements. Ripltec has been designed from the ground up to provide value to many different players who are interconnected via the Ecosystem.
Our approach puts the Lifelong Learner at the centre of the process and recognises that the learners unmet need is to get and keep a rewarding job. Professional bodies usually have a requirement that to keep their professional status, professionals must undertake a prescribed amount of continual professional development.
Other learners without a professional title still often take micro credentials and other short courses, in many cases these do not count towards an overall qualification.
Ripltec helps learners demonstrate their credentials, achievements and experience to employers and will in the near future, help them design the ideal learning pathway for their career direction.
